There has been a change in policy at Leon airport regarding private transportation providers. Airport taxi service must now be arranged from the taxi stand inside the airport. The cost is around 380 pesos to the Valenciana area of Guanajuato (or about USD $36.00.) There are ATM machines in the airport which are the easiest way to buy pesos. If you do not have an ATM card, you may want to exchange your money prior to coming to Mexico. We are only able to arrange transportation for you from the inn to the airport. The charge is $35 for drop-off between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. and $40 for drop-off service between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. These charges are subject to change.
